Sharing

Case information may be shared with platforms, hosts, search engines, payment providers, contractors, or advisors only when needed to review, process, or support a requested case.

Some takedown systems require complainant information. Where a platform requires specific details, Rightsignal may need to include client-provided ownership and contact information in the submission.

Retention

Case records may be retained while a request is active and for a reasonable period afterward to support follow-ups, repeat-abuse monitoring, reporting, and dispute history.

Security

Rightsignal uses reasonable operational safeguards for case records, but clients should avoid sending passwords, private keys, payment card numbers, or unnecessary sensitive personal data through the intake form.

Client rights

Clients may request access, correction, or deletion of case information where deletion does not conflict with active work, dispute records, compliance needs, or legitimate operational records.
